A surprisingly cozy adventure

The cozy evening bonfire brought guests together, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It felt like home as we shared stories and laughs under the stars.

However, the breakfast was disappointing, with items served cold and unappetizing. It would have been nice to have a warm option to start the day right.

Excellent hotel with free wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and friendly staff. I remember how they helped me with a wake-up call during my first stay. I always look forward to coming back for my holiday!

the belle isle motel had a clean and quaint atmosphere. the small pool was a fun way to unwind, and the staff was friendly and cheerful. camile, the owner, made our stay extra special with her warm hospitality. it's close enough to bar harbor and acadia national park for a perfect day trip.

the bathroom was a bit cramped.

Oh boy, those Belgian waffles! They were a morning highlight, fluffy and topped with fresh fruit. a real treat! Plus, the friendly staff added a nice touch to my stay, and the mini fridge was a sweet little bonus in my Queen Room. It made snacks and drinks super accessible after exploring the area.

I spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed the heated pool and the cozy campfire nights. The room was clean and had a refrigerator, which was super handy for our snacks. Just a heads up, the floor could've used a bit more attention, but overall, it was a great place to crash after our park adventures! 🔥

I had a fantastic time! The heated pool was such a relaxing escape after a long day, and enjoying s'mores at the campfire with fellow guests was a highlight. I also loved the quick breakfast grab-and-go options at the office!

great access to parks and waterfront attractions for weekend walks

The room was clean and perfect for a solo getaway. The beautiful landscapes were ideal for long walks and exploration. I especially loved being just over 2 km from Lamoine State Park, which offered some fabulous views and trails, making for perfect daytime adventures.

I loved the charming feel of Belle Isle Motel. The well-maintained landscape made it easy to walk around comfortably, and the heated pool provided a lovely way to relax. Staff were very attentive and truly welcoming.

More comfortable mattresses for better sleep.

The room was clean and had a lovely decor but lacked adequate space.

We explored the nearby wooded paths and enjoyed some adventures like rock climbing. The campfire at night was perfect for making s’mores. Rooms were clean, with a friendly staff that provided maps for our excursions. The heated pool was a nice touch for relaxing after our outdoor activities.

Only downside was the outlet issue. the light switch turned off the plugs, so my phone didn’t charge overnight.
